Change of chiefs at CIO UK
In short, it is all change, and no change

As I take over the Editor in Chief's chair I'd like to thank Martin for all his efforts on CIO UK.
Many have asked if there will be a change in direction for CIO UK. The truth of the matter is that in the last two and half years CIO has transformed itself. Martin, managing Editor Rhys Lewis and myself all joined CIO in a short time span. The team effort from day one was to radically improve the material we deliver to CIOs via this online service, events and the venerable magazine and that will not change. Martin's efforts in driving up the editorial standards of the magazine and events will continue to be reflected in the title. I know that Rhys Lewis will continue to work with me on delivering what we strive to be the best online experience for CIOs.
The last half of this year looks very exciting for CIO as well. We have our major Summit in September and a set of improvements for the website. There are some new voices coming to the title from the CIO, professional services, business and technology sectors as well as an increase in the amount of news coverage we deliver.
So in short, it is all change, and no change. A scenario many CIOs will be familiar with.
