Online rail tickets retailer has extended its outsourcing agreement with Capgemini by a further five years.

Capgemini will supply with round the clock support for the IT infrastructure of the online company in a deal said to be worth £15 million and running to 2015. Under the terms of the contract Capgemini will also provide support for online and call centre customer systems. Capgemini and have worked together since 1997. will be improving its cost effectiveness, Capgemini said in a statement, through plans to have its entire server estate virtualised. Servers used by reside at the Capgemini datacentre in Yorkshire.

Capgemini will also be supplying application support through its Rightshore offering in Bangalore.
