The London Development Agency recently moved into new accommodation at Palestra House, in Southwark and has adopted the sort of open-plan, flexible working environment that we will be establishing in Building 1000 (Newham's new development for 2,000 back office staff). I understand we will be using the same fit-out company.

So, this morning's Strategic Management Board was held at Palestra, and we all got to tour the offices. The impression was generally very favourable, although I have to say the LDA hasn't quite achieved the Clear Desk Policy that it declared, and which we also plan for Building 1000!
