The CIO UK editorial team is taking a well earned break from today and would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for a knock out 2009.
Although it hasn't been the easiest year for anyone thanks to the credit crisis, CIO UK has had a good year and it is all thanks to the CIO community. We'd like to thank all the CIOs who spend time being interviewed for the popular profile features and put up with the photo shoots. Also, all the CIOs who then come back to us to contribute their views on subjects such as BPM in the Debate channel or who pen opinion columns and articles.
There is a myriad of people who help put CIOs in front of CIO UK, they range from the vendors, PR agencies, fellow CIOs and recruitment specialists, your efforts are appreciated.
CIO UK will be back in action on Monday 4 January 2010 and we look forward to working even more closely with the CIO community. If predictions are to be trusted, economically it will be a better year for all concerned.
So from all at CIO UK, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Thanks to everyone who helped make 2009 a good year in a difficult economy
