CIO Summit 2010 part 1: Paul Coby; Duncan Scott

In September 2010, CIO held its inaugural summit in London, attended by around 80 CIOs and other IT leaders.

The first session of the morning centred on business issues. Kicking off the event, then CIO and head of shared services at BA Paul Coby focused on how businesses are increasingly interacting with their customers through digital media.

The second presentation by risk-management business Control Risks CIO Duncan Scott focuses on the CIOs relationships with other senior managers within their organisation. Scott’s presentation begins at 26 minutes 26 seconds into the video.
