Oscar has over 15 years experience in the IT industry, and has a broad knowledge of the IT spectrum, focusing on Business Technology Optimization (BTO) and Application Performance Management. His 10-year experience as a consultant on BTO has earned him as a trusted advisor on various industries in the Netherlands and worldwide. During the last 4 years, Oscar has been working for SAP where he currently holds the role of HANA lead for the EMEA region.

Gareth Martin is the SAP HANA Services lead at HP and has been involved in HPs offerings around the in-memory product from SAP since it was first announced. Gareth's background is in business intelligence having spent several years at a Big4 consulting firm and subsequently working in a niche BI house. With a dual industry focus on CPG and utilities he understands the challenges faced in competitive markets where customers face difficulties in leveraging the value locked in big data sets in an efficient manner.
