CIO UK kicked off the process in December 2018 to CIOs and equivalent business technology executives who would like to take part in the annual CIO 100, which will be revealed on 16 May 2019 with a celebration gala dinner at the May Fair Hotel in London.
The deadline to respond to the 2019 CIO 100 survey is Monday 18 February 2019.

CIO UK Editor Edward Qualtrough said: "The CIO 100 is a showcase of CIOs as business leaders that deliver change, IT projects and customer benefits through information and technology.
"We hope you will be keen to take part and that your involvement will benefit the CIO community - and that you are able to join us at the annual CIO 100 celebration event on 16 May 2019."
