James Trudgian, EMEA Program Manager – Adobe & Microsoft Partnership, Adobe

James Trudgian is the program manager for the Adobe & Microsoft partnership across EMEA. James is responsible for ensuring that customers and partners understand the value of Adobe’s strategic relationship with Microsoft and how this can help significantly improve their business from back office to front office and provide a seamless customer experience.

A digital veteran with more than 20 years of experience, James has a background in publishing, digital analytics and audience management for one of the UK’s largest media groups. James has been with Adobe for nearly four years and previously helped drive adoption of Audience Manager (Adobe’s DMP) across EMEA.

Mike Softley, Director of Microsoft Worldwide Marketing Solutions , Microsoft

Mike Softley is the director of Microsoft Worldwide Marketing Solutions and the Cosell lead for the Adobe partnership in EMEA.

An expert in Cloud computing solutions with more than 20 years of experience in computer software industries, Mike has been with Microsoft for over five years and previously helped lead the sales of Microsoft Dynamics CRM into UK Enterprise Businesses.

Rosie Slater-Carr, CIO , British Red Cross

Rosie Slater-Carr is the CIO at the British Red Cross – responsible for how the organisation uses technology, digital, data and cross-organisational innovation. She is passionate about using tech for good both in the UK and Internationally and has been at the Red Cross for 4 years. Rosie has had a range of roles in the not-for-profit sector in both IT Delivery and Digital Transformation including Children’s Society, Cancer Research UK and the NSPCC.

Previously she worked for large IT consulting firms. With a Masters in AI and Language Technology and a background in IT Strategy, Rosie is keen to make sure that technology is used to support the core work of the organisation. She is interested in how technology can be used to help more people in crisis to get help in the way that is best for them and also in how it can be used to build meaningful relationships with supporters. Rosie is also particularly interested in ensuring that organisations do no harm by thinking about data in a responsible manner and working to think about digital rights are considered particularly for those most vulnerable.
